Potato in Curd Gravy

Vegetarian dish includes dairy and goes well with thin wheat chapattis and rice.

Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. garam masala (spice mixture)
2 pinches asafetida powder
1 1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. ginger, grated
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 green chilies, slit
1 stalk curry leaves
1 cup curd (plain yogurt), beaten (about 2 minutes)
1/4 tsp. wheat flour
1 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped
Directions
- Cut potatoes into large sections. Mash 3 or 4 sections by hand, and leave the remaining sections intact. Set potatoes aside.
- Mix all the dry spices in 1/4 cup water and set aside.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add the cumin and mustard seeds. When they begin to sizzle, add the ginger, garlic, chilies, curry leaves and spice-water mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add beaten curd and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add the remaining cup of water, potato and wheat flour and stir well.
- Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes until consistency is thick.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve hot.

I think people who start off well and get their ccenidfnoe up are more likely to do better because they feel better about the test and how they are doing on it. This leads to better results. I have to imagine the questions are randomized to protect from
