This dish can also be served as a side. Use hot or mild peppers, per your preference.

Ingredients
1 tomato, diced
1 red onion; sliced thin
1 hot or mild hot pepper (not dried), sliced
Fresh ginger, to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, to taste
Directions
- Combine the vegetables in a bowl, add salt and lemon juice and mix.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
