Healthy fish recipe. Use fish of your choice though I prefer any white fish. Prep time includes marinating.

Ingredients
1 pound fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Season fillets on both sides with salt, turmeric, cumin, pepper and garlic.
- Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Oil a large baking dish and add fillets in a single layer. Sprinkle any leftover seasoning over the fillets.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 400F, until flaky.
- Serve with a sprinkle of lemon juice.
