This flavorful plantain curry goes well with rice.

Ingredients
2 plantains (substitute green bananas), cubed
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tap. cumin seeds
1/4 tsp. mustard seeds
1/4 tsp. urad dal (substitute black lentil)
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp. coconut for garnish
1/4 tsp. black pepper
5 curry leaves
Salt, to taste
2 tsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Soak the plantains in warm water mixed with half teaspoon turmeric for ten minutes.
- Bring water to boil and cook the plantains with the remaining turmeric and salt, about 5 minutes.
- Mix the coconut well with cumin and add to the cooked plantains. Lower heat and simmer about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small skillet, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. Stir frequently until the seeds pop. Add the urad dal and the coconut reserved for garnish and stir till browned. Add this mixture to the plantains, along with the curry leaves. Mix and cook an additional 5 minutes.

What's the main difference concerning the actual iphone 4 and new iphone five that are coming out for USA?
i'd really like to discover if it's really worth it to shop for the iphone4 or if i should just wait for apple iphone 5.
