Pista Kulfi (Pistachio Ice Cream)

This frozen dessert takes only minutes to prepare. The pistachios can be left whole, crushed or even ground to a powder, per your preference.

Ingredients

2 cans (6 oz. each) evaporated milk
1 can (15 oz.) condensed milk
16 oz. whipped cream
1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and crushed
Pinch saffron

Directions

  1. Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk and whipped cream in a large bowl and blend well.
  2. Mix in pistachios and add pinch of saffron and mix.
  3. Seal in a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
