Adjust the amount of coconut to taste.

Ingredients
1 cup rava (semolina)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. ghee
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. coconut flakes, or adjust to taste
2-3 strands saffron dissolved in a tablespoon of milk
Directions
- Heat ghee in a deep saucepan.
- Add semolina and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the semolina turns a light brown color.
- Add sugar and continue stirring for 3-4 minutes.
- Set aside to cool, then add ground cardamom, coconut flakes and dissolved saffron.
- Add milk and mix well.
- With wet hands, shape the mixture into balls.
- Serve!
