1/2 cup plain yogurt
300ml ice-cold water
2.5ml ground roasted cumin seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp finely crumbled, dried mint, (optional)


  1. Blend the yogurt, or if you do not have access to a blender, put the yogurt in a bowl, and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slowly add the water, beating as you do so. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
