This easy to prepare dish calls for chaat masala, an aromatic spice mixture. You can buy the mix at any Indian market, or omit it if you can't locate it.

Ingredients
8 oz. plain yogurt (curds)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small tomato, diced
1/2 tsp. chaat masala
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup milk
Directions
- Combine the yogurt and milk and mix until smooth.
- Add onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper to yogurt mixture.
- To serve, sprinkle with chaat masala and enjoy.
